Root & Rise explores the transformative power of nature and self-nourishment. Bringing together cyanotypes, paintings and works of spiritual reflection, the exhibition invites you to slow down, look closely, and consider what sustains you. In a fast-moving world, art offers us something rare - a moment to be fully present, anchored. Housed within Self Love Superstore, Cardiff, the works reflect the ethos of this wellness studio and community; to tend to ourselves the way the earth tends to everything - with patience, with light, and without conditions. 

This exhibition was curated by Occupata to celebrate the opening of Self Love Superstore and marks the start of a year-long rolling art programme and collaboration.
